Got peppers instead of pepperoni

Ordered food to be delivered at 8:20, the food arrived at 6:40. By the time we were ready to eat it was stone cold. Tried to call the restaurant multiple times to discuss and got no answer.

Waited 95 minutes for a slightly warm pizza with minimum toppings

Food was basically slop. Meat ok, but that was about it. Standards have dropped, will not order again.

Ordered food about 18.15 for delivery at 20.00. Phoned shop at 20.05 to be told that food was on route. Delivery at just before 20.30. Shocking service

Delivery driver is great man

Total waiting time was 70 minutes. The delivery itself was delayed by 30 minutes from the promised delivery time. The courier demanded payment despite prior online payment.

Waited over a hour then food arrived with no salad or sauces. Called back up and waited 15 minutes for it to arrived. Our food was cold by then and went in the bucket. Very disappointed

Ordered on the app to collect at a certain time because I knew we wouldn't be ready for it until then as we had prior arrangements. Get a text 30mins chosen pick up time to say food is ready. Arrived to be told it hadn't been sat long. Got it home and it was cold. Tried to call several times but no one answered. Not impressed. Why bother being able to choose a collection time when they just make it straight away!!

Food was freezing and the Donna meat was over cooked

Love the wraps, just wish they did a smaller one. They are huge, too much for me!

My favourite takeaway in Penicuik. Great food and great value.

The pizza from here is much nicer than the big chains/franchises.

First time I’ve used Marmaris & I was pleasantly surprised. I had a chicken wrap & couldn’t believe how big it was! It was absolutely delicious, I will definitely be back.

Delivery was over an hour and pizza came burnt.

Pizza was vile barely no cheese pre made pizza base and freezing cold. Ordered caprisuns and we got another cheap cup drink. The donner meat was also freezing. We only live 5 minutes away so was shocked that food was cold. Won’t be coming back. Also the prices are way to high for what you get

Ordered chicken wrap, not for the first time. But have to say that this time I was very disappointed with it. Chicken was rubbery, overcooked/overgilled. Garlic mayo was watery, no flavour to it at all. And tortilla was also rubbery and the brown paper got stucked to it. Not good at all.
